Went as part of a tour. They failed to mention on the booking that this beach and sancho were part of a national park system and you need to pay for a permit. 96 real for Brazilians and 198 real for foreigners. If you are looking for a great swinming with turtles, fishes and sharks. Then this is the place Tip: if you dont have swinming experience, you have to go with tourists guides.

There are a lot of turtles and sarks. You can rent some equipment at the spot. Attention the beach closes at 04:00 PM

You have to pay the Island park fee (around R$ 100,00 for Brazilians, but more than that if you're a foreigner). We rented a buggy and parked the vehicle close to the beach. Snorkelling is done at low tide as sharks enter this bay during high tide. We saw baby sharks, turtles and plenty of fish.

This is a beautiful beach within the park, very peaceful, although it gets crowded (for Noronha) during week ends. It is the end of the bus route. You can also hitch hike easily to it. A good suggestion is to pay one of the divers who stay on the beach. They can assist you with more reliability and they know exactly where are the most diverse types of marine species. You can see fish, octopuses, lobsters, turtles of various sizes and large sharks.

I went to Baia do Sueste when I did the Ilha tour, in there we did snorkeling and we saw so many turtles!! It was beautiful! Totally worth it!

Good place to see sharks and turtles, there is a center from projeto tamar there, it is a must in Noronha.
