overpriced and understaffed. Plus it's looking a little shabby now. Had the Cesar salad to start which was ok, the Paella was distinctly average and the cheesecake pretty terrible.Service was slow and the advertised singer never appeared.

We had booked a table, but when we arrived no booking was made..... two of us ordered the same choice, to be told only one available..... no prices written on menu.... apparently eating for printers ?!?
Hmmmmmm hope they don’t just price as and when the see who arrives to eat....
The ordering was, frankly chaos..... The meals were fabulous tho and a great setting.....
Really think front of house needs attention tho!!

The museum is not really my sort of art, but it was a pleasant walk up from Port D'andratx and the cafe has stunning views so still worthy of a visit

Horrible treatment by the staff, they charge €20 for cleaning without warning and I have heard customers shouting from the staff room towards the clientele. Ridiculous, a shame that I have a horrible memory of Mallorca when the city is very beautiful. Don't worry, the hotel is very arrogant and unwilling to help.

In fact, the room looked awful and it was dirty. In the pictures it was all nice, but the reality was more brutal on the spot. I do not recommend this choice.

We arrived late at night. Greeted and asked to pay in full with extra 20 Euro for cleaning.....hadn't seen the room at this stage....both mistake.....see the room before you pay. The room we were shown to was under the floor of the terrace above. This caused the room to be very noisy as we could hear every person that entered....sleeping would have been a luxury. The room was like a dungeon. Down steps into it with a small window at floor level to the outside entrance to the museum. Our room was off the office to the museum with two very large steps down into it. Very sharp edges on these steps and quite dangerous. Room had no air conditioning and was extremely warm.....and humid.....damp smell all of the time. Room also full of mosquitoes and as no air conditioning the very small window and door had to be left open at night time to try and sleep....with the result we were eaten alive. Also everything was half finished....wiring left showing.....bad painting.....bed made by DIY as welded by someone and sharp edges left on it and as a result my girlfriend cut her leg off it. Bed very uncomfortable. Bathroom was very basic and shower leaked across the floor and had to be dried after use as floor very slippery. Find it hard to say anything positive about this place. We complained about the noise and finding it hard to sleep and were told we would be moved but we were not. Other people there also complained about the noise as work men there early in the morning drilling etc.....needless to say we won't be going back or recommending it to anyone.

We arrived after a very long walk from the main town to an empty museum and ordered some desperately needed drinks - they were lovely when they arrived almost 45 minutes later with a very apologetic waitress then we waited a further 1/2 hour for ice creams that were mostly melted, it cost 36 euros for four of us - we spent less than 10 minutes looking at some pretty inaccessible art and left. I think this may be better when it is a venue for music or something but it is looking very tired, cluttered and just a bit sad.

This place is amazingly located in the mountains. The building is really impressive, it is based in a brain-structure architecture and it was designed by the artist. The entrance is for free and you can have a drink or a meal in their great restaurant with stunning seaviews from the terrace.
