Well organized wine tour. The guide Maria speaks really well english and has lots of knowledge. The information goes really deep and as a starting wine expert the basics are getting clear. After google maps pointed us to small village nearby we asked for a route (just follow the road, eventually you'll find it). The hostess spoke very good english and the tour to wine making was extensive including good tips for both wines and winetouring. Everything ends to tasting paired with cheese, olive oil, and ham. And the wines are great... More

We loved the wine tour here. We not only tasted some incredible Tuscan wines, we also got a full tour of the vineyard & winery where everything is made. Plus, we learned all about the rules distinguishing Chianti from Chianti Classico and Super Tuscans. It was the best wine tasting experience we ever had and we bought a case to... More

Cannot say enough good things about the tour and wine tasting. The hostest was excellent and very knowledgable. Kind and gentle with my wife and I. You can't do better! Go to Casa Sola and let Maria guide you in the way of Chianti Classico..

My husband and I had a great time learning all about the quality wine making that takes place at Casa Sola. Maria also explained a lot about the Casa Sola's olive oil and how it is made. She really helped us get the most out of tasting the wines too. We also were able to take a beautiful photo in... More

My girlfriend and I really enjoyed the wine tour & tasting at Casa Sola. Our charming guide, Maria, took us through the entire wine making process, from a tour of the vineyards and tasting the grapes, the pressing, fermentation and the aging barrels and barriques. She explained, in excellent English and with a sense of humor, how Casa Sola make... More

My husband and I rode bikes to this beautiful vineyard and winery. We arrived without a reservation and the staff was very accommodating and allowed us to join a tour in progress. In order to get the full experience, I would recommend you make a reservation. Thanks Maria!

Maria, thank you for outstanding presentation of the whole Chianti wine and olive production process besides the history of Chianti area. It was really interesting and detailed with dose of humour, including tour through wine field and cellars (fermentation area, ageing area), we learned a lot and tasted top wines from Casa Sola. Maria shared her knowledge, revealed wine making,... More
