Booking online gives you confusing dates for peak and offpeak which creates problems when you get to the venue. Websites state that the venue is open from 10am to 7pm but it closes at 5pm.

Great fun day. Very busy but worth the fast pass. Rides fun. Only criticism is major ride under maintenance and lines for food are not satisfactory. Wait over 3/4 hour to order. Not good enough.

Had the best day. Only thing that I was disappointed was half naked teenagers in the kids section using foul language ect. Their is always someone who can’t act according around young children. Besides that it was awesome 😍

The atmosphere is good plenty of people about. Few shady patches to plant yourself for the day if you don't get to the park early. Limited rides for smaller children to go on and most require an adult to accompany. Food is very expensive and...More

Great value for money. Something for everyone in the family to do. Loads of shady trees to park yourself under. We do this with our teenagers in lieu of going to the Royal Show. Will def go again soon

No, and many people have complained about this, and they still make excuses that they have 'too much water to heat' which is nonsense. Hopefully they'll heat it one day.
