Beautiful museum well-structured and organized with original artifacts - professional explanations - a bit commercial but that what's business is about - a must-see when In the Provence

Lavender is such a key component to the culture of the area and this museum provided great insights into the history. Both kids and adults will be interested, and kids in particular will appreciate the hands-on experience. The gift shop was a little bit of...More

We were 4 adults and 1 child and we visited in August and we were given an audio guide. However just as we were entering the museum, a group of around 15 persons arrived as well and the lady at the ticketing area told us...More

My first orientation of the difference between lavandin and fine lavender happened here :-). The museum also shows you a short video of the history of lavender and one can buy many lavender products here.

Okay, so this cleaver family decides to promote the lavender tourism of France. Pay to get in museum, quick history of lavender production, and the grand finish? An overpriced gift shop. Featuring this family's products. If that's your thing, go for it.
