This was a great experience cooking in a local house in ella. Learnt the basics for Sri Lankan spice mixes and cooking techniques. Definitely will be trying some when I get home!

Can confirm cooking class was 2500 LKR each as of July 2018. Started at 5pm, finished around 8pm. It ends with sharing the meal with your fellow classmates. Food was plentiful and we were not rushed to leave.

We walked over to the spice garden early morning and booked the class for that evening. I don't think they doing online or phone bookings. I'd advice doing this too as the classes are small and book out in advance.
