It can be picturesque if you wanted it too but I guess what I enjoyed the most from Rizal Blvd. is when the sidewalk vendors start prepping their stalls and tables to serve "Tempura" and squid rolls. Souvenir vendors also line up Rizal Blvd at...More

Close to the port and has a lot of carts in the evening. A good place to find good local street food. Find plenty of people relaxing in the evening.

Dumaguete is the City of gentle people as they say, but don't forget to enjoy the beauty of Rizal Boulevard which you can spend time while relaxing with the sea breeze or you may try to walk around the vicinity.

The Blvd is a busy St. however the walkway along the beach front is a great place to just get away and people watch or relax and reflect on your days activities.

A stretch along the waters with a view of sunset and many hawkers peddling their food. Interesting experience to sit by the roadside to have tempuras and sotong balls and drinks while catching up!

An afternoon stroll in the Rizal Boulevard is advised when the sun in down or an early morning walk to avoid the penetrating heat of the sun. I enjoyed seeing people of different nationalities and ages converged together to get the feel of being in...More
