Very beautiful temple at a height. Very nice views from the temple. Trolly / Udan khatola should be more safer as it is a little unsafe.

It was an wonderful experience while sitting with friends in the Garvgriha and goddess blessing were ushered on us. It is all about this place only being there put in a situation, energy of Durga come on deities. beautiful location at top of mountain, become exotic when climbing through rope-way. Chandi devi temple is located on the hilltop of neel parvat in the holy city of haridwar. The devi idol in the temple was installed by Adi Shankaracharya. The main sanctum is at a trek of 4 kms from the bottom of the hill. The alternate is to take a ropeway to the temple. One can take a common ropeway ticket for mansa devi and chandi devi temple. The price of the ticket would depend upon the package which one wants to select. Must visit if you are in haridwar.
