This beach is truly wonderful! miles and miles of white sand; good swimming when the tide is in; great reef for snorkelling at the north-end; excellent range of small hotels / restaurants. Friendly locals

A quiet, pristine, solitary beach perfect for viewing sunrise. The sand is as white as can be, and the few seaweeds that wash up in the morning, are usually raked away and never seen. Can sit here for hours on end.

You can hire a guide & special shoes at the hotel and walk out among the sea urchins to the reef. Swimming only when the tide is in I would say.
