- SelenaPitmanAuckland, New Zealand14 contributionsPump Issues but Good Customer ServiceTurned up just after 10am to the Big Bula Water Park and not many rides had water so we were puzzled. Nothing was said at the cashier about any problems and they sold us our tickets for a family of 4 over $300 NZD. Two of our family are over the 85kg weight limit for the inflatables so we knew we were really there just for the big slides. Nope - we couldn't go on anything as the pumps weren't working. We waited 1.5 hours to see if anything got going and in the meantime more families were coming in to watch the empty slides. Our two lighter family members were able to use the inflatables BUT only 3 out of 10 or so had water so again that was an issue. Not much value for over $300 NZ. We do think that had everything been working we would have had a fun day. I read the other reviews and from experience inflatables in humidity have black marks and mould...nothing new. If this is something your fussy about stay away. The park was great and gave refunds for those who requested it. Post covid I think we can all comprehend how hard the tourist industry has been hit and to refund money must have been gutting. Still workers to pay etc Anyway - we will give it another try on another trip. I can se ehow this could be a great day with the kids and the pump issues today just were unlucky.Visited January 2023Written 24 January 2023
- Samantha B9 contributionsFun morning! We weren't sure about going here, we had read some less than favorable reviews, but decided to go one hot morning, and sure it's no Wet and Wild but we have 3 teenagers (18, 16, 13) and we had lots of fun. The inflatables aren't fantastic, and are boiling in the sun, but the general waterslides give you the rush that you would expect and it was a fun morning. Needs a bit of upkeep and love and is certainly on the pricey side but otherwise pretty good. You only need a couple hours here.Visited April 2023Written 8 April 2023
- edwinaskyeNarita, Japan37 contributionsLoads of Fun, but pricey!Beautiful water park with lots of blow up water bouncing castles for the kids (adults under 85kg). The 5 water slides were great! Lots of fun!! My only concern was the price….seemed very expensive for the experience. However, at the end of the day we made some wonderful memories and we had a great time!Visited October 2023Travelled with familyWritten 28 October 2023

We took our children (5 and 7) here and they had a great time! There were absolutely no lines on any of the slides and there were enough slides and inflatables to keep them going all day. I read other reviews here about the cleanliness of the water and although the water was definitely not as clear as Australian water parks it definitely wasn’t dirty or unswimable. It was expensive to get in but the amount of slides, the no lines and the long time we spent there made it worth it. We also took our own food to reduce cost. Great day out!

Our kids loved the slides and inflatables.
It wasn’t busy on the attractions and the park was well signed.
I do believe it was worth the money, as we were there nearly all day.
The beauty service was also pretty good.
My only complaints were that the lunch service was quite slow and that the inflatables could do with a good scrub.
Overall, highly recommend!

HANDS DOWN THE BEST THING TO DO IN FIJI!!!!!
We were a family of 3, with 9 and 12 year old girls. We have had such fun. There were no queues at all. We didn't have to wait for more than 5 seconds on any one ride. We went on a Saturday afternoon.
It's clean, tidy, and plenty of life guards on the higher rides.
Our girls couldn't get enough of it.
I read a few reviews talking about mould and stuff. You would have to deliberately look for it to find it, and even then, why bother. I haven't seen and signs of mould or dirt though. It's all very well maintained and tidy. It's quite a small area, so takes about 2mins to walk from one end to another.
I would highly recommend this to any family. Hands down the best time we have had in Fiji on any of our visits.

A wee bit expensive but we practically had th place to ourselves so it was worth it. Wife was only $10 as spectating. Would go back and just pay for kids next time. Probably would cost same where you come from but you would be waiting to get on every slide so just pay the cash and let kids go mad while you chill. Food was ok and reasonably priced. Pizzas were tasty. Coffee freeze dried meh.

We visited with 2 adults, a 6 year old, three 9 year olds and a 13 year old.
Some of the inflatables we great some were average.
The four main slides were absolutely awesome and kept us entertained for 6 hours. My six year old spent time on the smaller two slides but built up confidence to do the two big slides by her self and then didn’t stop.
People review and say it’s expensive, but if you average it out over 6 hours it’s actually pretty cheap entertainment and the best part is the kids slept well.

Pretty expensive for what it is & I questioned the safety of some of the rides.
Our young kids did have fun, but probably wouldn’t return!

This park was perfect for families. We went with 8 adults and 4 children and everyone participated in the slides and enjoyed every second of it, definitely worth the money if going with a family. The only negative for me was the green circle slide, as a young adult who doesn’t weigh very much, I almost got stuck inside the slide. Apart from that, everything else was perfect!

Great fun for the kids. My 4 year old son LOVED it, with the help of friendly staff Zach who made sure we were taken care of at the park. He suggested different options with the slides that were challenging but still fun and suitable for my son. This made our experience a memorable and enjoyable one. Thanks Zach, from Alby and Cooper =)

Yes it does
Is there a entrance fee for 10 month old/2 years old children? Anything special if you go there on the day of the birthday? Thanks

I’m pretty sure there isn’t unless they have changed it.

Is there a pool just for swimming?
NatGould79
Palmview, Australia24 contributions
Not really but there is a small toddlers pool, but they didn’t seem to mind you taking a swim in the pool that the main slides land in as it is quite big.
How much will it be for 5 people
Kiwi_73_Sydney

FJ$110 for adults / FJ$95 for kids
If you're prepared to go late in the day you can sometimes get deals on the bookme website (sorry can't post links on Answers for TripAdvisor). 2 hours is enough time.

What are the facilities for little kids (i.e. a two year old)? Would it be worth going with a child this young?
Stephen F

Not worth the $$ for a little kid, wait till they are 6 and up...
Is the water treated
TrevorFiji
Nadi, Fiji7 contributions
Absolutely. Each slide has its own filter and tank system which is tested and chlorinated just like a pool.
Can we pay for tickets before we come to Fiji? I would like to buy tickets as presents and would be great to pay for them now.
