A warm welcome greeted us on our arrival. Service was prompt and staff were friendly and chatty. Prices were typical for this area. A very pleasant experience overall.

I’d say that this is a great spot to go for a pint “between church & banquet”. That’s what we did. Not a bad pint of Guinness and in quirky surroundings. It would be worth the owners labelling the myriad of artifacts as I’d say...More

Stopped here with a friend from london during the scarecrow festival. Bar staff very pleasant, although the bar was quite busy the barman still had time to come with two candles which added to the atmosphere. I think there was a mix of locals as...More

Great pint and atmosphere. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Beer garden is great on a sunny day.

Lovely pit stop when cycling the greenway. Also great starting point. bike hire available at same location.

Friendly staff, quirky interiors and warm, comfortable old world ambience. Couldn't be better. This pub ticks all the boxes for a memorable evening in Durrow.

Yes. There is an outside seating area by the river and we brought our dog there.
