Unfortunately teh boat trip was in French so could not understand anything. Real advantage is free parking in Bonifacio by the marina if you buy boat trip :) The trip was nice but rather walk/drive toward the lighthouse Pertusato and you will see some stunning...More
Yet make sure it is not too windy not only to avoid the rocking of the boat but they may not also be able to enter one of the cave. We did the 1 hour tour and it was perfect in time and info covered....More
We did a 90 mins boat trip for 17.5 euros from the harbour and it was well worth it to see the coastline! You saw the cliffs and went into one cave. The scenery is spectacular and it’s a great way to take in Bonifacio...More
We arrived to Bonifacio by public transport - so we had very limited time to see everything around. There is boat trip office exactly at the same place buses arrives. 1.5 hours excursion costs 17.5
Incredible views around. The boat has about 50 people onboard...More
For 17.50 Euro you have a full hour out in the boat if you choose option 1; seeing the Bonifacio area from the sea. Although we came by ferry and saw Bonifacio from the sea on our arrival, this boat trip offered so much more....More
The Crew warned us that the sea is rough and that the boat can't enter the caves. However, we got a discount and did the tour anyway. The waves were 4 meters high and it felt like a big roller coaster. The views were amazing...More
Bonifacio is a beautiful place by itself, however to really appreciate it fully you need to take one of the boat trips to see the cliffs from the sea and go into the grottos. It's really a cool thing to do. We were warned that...More
An amazing experience the visit of the Bonifacio cave.
Only by boat, is possible to buy the tickets directly at the port.
Unfortunately the crew speacks only in French but for me it has been understandable.

What a shame you only spend so little time in Bonifacio, you should stay much longer there vs. Ajaccio which we did not like, overcrowded, big City flair ( we were there on a Sunday)... the Napoleon Museum is nothing special, they don't even have his famous " Hat" in his birthplace.... we spent two weeks touring Corsica and it was worth it. Now to your question, we spent 4 days in Bonifacio and saw Tour Buses coming down ( day tours ) from Ajaccio, therefore I suggest look for a local bus Tour operator in Ajaccio making day trips to Bonifacio. Good Luck...

There is parking downtown, ref. TourComany.. they are all the same... as a matter of fact they put us with a different Tour Company to fill up the boat. .. There is shade on the boat at the end of the boat ( back ) ... so if you get the first bench from the rail you enjoy good shade and also can enjoy the sight which is phenomenal... I hope you have a sunny day like we had..We sat in the front of the Boat where you have a great view , especially when you take pictures and enter the different " Grotto" wishing you an enjoyable day, you will LOVE it...Erfurt
