It's one of the places you can go when you are in Shumen. If you like nature, you can walk through the wood.

Once you're in Shumen this is one of the best place to visit and also to take picture down the city. Excellent view and also opportunity to know much better the history of the country!

Nothing but foundations remain. Still, the place is good enough for a visit. Well maintained. Clean. Not much of info through signage. The taxi charged me 18L approx 10Euro from city and to back. If you don't have time to walk back the 2 km...More

We visited just after it had snowed in the Winter which made it even more impressive. Some amazing views of Shumen . The place is well worth a visit. Well organised inside just follow the signs
