Walking distance from khaolak bay resort, this lovely yellow sand beach provide 270 degree wide panorama for sunset lovers with a lighthouse in the middle to make it more picturesque.

Early mornings by the calm sea, doing Tai Chi. Late sunsets in the water, walking far into the sea or crossing over to the lighthouse. Lovely beach although it has its rocky parts.

We prefersun beds but understand the Thai policy of restricting use. However we found Bang Niang beach much nicer and were a bit disappointed with Bang Thang. Nice to have non smoking policy though with designated areas, something that was not available on the area...More
