Our tour guide for the day drove us here a part of his tour package. It was interesting to see the masks being made (donation box alert), but the museum really took the cake. The museum guide acted like she was being held hostage and...More

Gave insight into the history of the masks which you see being sold everywhere in Sri Lanka. It was a small family run business, and passed 45 mins or so.

Nice, small, immaculately maintained place in amalaguda. This had a store upstairs and a very quaint museum downstairs. Small but worth the visit, the stories behind both mask making and the masks themselves were captivating. And always nice to buy a mask for good luck.
