Uncle Toms is a dirt bike tour operator offering tours and riding tuition (for total beginners) in the Kasi region of Laos PDR. 125cc four stroke trail bikes. plus smaller for training,British operator. Always best to book in advance due to limited places each day. Training is limited to two persons at one time and open to anyone over 5 feet 5 inches(165cm)on the full sized bikes, but we now have smaller bikes for anyone who is a bit smaller. Due to the rapid changes recently in Vang Vieng town,we have moved location, now we are based in the amazing Kasi District which is 55 kilometers north of Vang Vieng town.

So, both my partner and I had a gleaming word of mouth review from another traveller about Uncle Toms Trails being a ‘Must Do’ excursion in Laos and it was described as the highlight of their trip. So we Contacted Tom and arranged a trip...More

As most people I am sure found Tom's company here on Trip Advisor and read some of the awesome reviews he has had. So I decided to get on the bandwagon and book. Flew to Laos which was my 38th country visited. I've done countless...More

I'm not sure what we paid, just hit him up on the facebook page or email through here. I also noticed he has more bikes now than when I went.
Thanks for your great review of Uncle Tom's Trails. So, I am a 57-year-old woman going to Laos alone next January (husband staying home with dog). I don't really want to ride a motorbike or learn, but I would love to have the experience of traveling through Kasi region on a motorbike. Is this the sort of thing Uncle Tom will do? Or do I just go there to learn to ride a bike (which doesn't interest me)? Thanks so much!
