A cavernous and historic building with lots of charm and character. You can almost see Teddy Roosevelt leaning on the log walls saying "bully"

We ate our picnic lunch while waiting for Old Faithful to blow. The Inn is rustic with many places to relax. The outside deck provides an awesome view of Old Faithful. The gift shop has very reasonable prices.

The lobby of this inn is simply magnificent. Raw lumber climbing up several stories to the crow's nest. Fireplace bigger than anything you have seen. Live music in the lobby was entertaining and talented - first a fiddle player than a piano player. Friendly staff....More

This might be a little extreme, but I was actually more impressed with the Inn rather than the Old Faithful.

We didn't stay at Old Faithful Inn, but it was a welcome sight after hours in the park - particularly because it was 25 degrees in mid-May. The lobby is magnificent and includes clocks in strategic places to tell you when Old Faithful is next...More

This is the most amazing building I've ever set foot in, it's incredible to gaze up and see the construction on the huge log structure in the large open space when you walk in. Live musicians playing up on the second level and the impressive...More

This is a spectacular historic building; beautifully built with logs and has a soaring lobby. I like to stay in the old house rooms, which have log walls and heavy iron latches on the doors that were made by the original blacksmith. Note that these...More

We returned to Old Faithful In. After 5 years and were not at all disappointed. Our rooms were clean and spacious and the main part of the lodge was easy to get to. A favorite pass time of mine has been to go onto the...More

We were there in October so I can't be sure about the temperature in July. However, it was warm because it is a wide open area with grass, gravel, and blacktop.
