If you are in Yellowstone, you have to see the falls and the Grand Canyon of Yellowstone! I have seen it in summer and half frozen in Winter and it is spectacular either way

We saw the falls as a part of our visit to the Grand Canyon of Yellowstone. We visited after a light snow fall and the contrast between the multi-hued yellow and brown walls, the soft white of the snow and the power of the stumbling falls makes for a great experience

The power of nature in all her beauty. Gorgeous waterfall and great to walk along the path to various view points. Very busy spot but plenty of spaces to view the falls. There were a few bird watchers there too as there were some nesting eagles at the time of our visit. The stairway down the side of the valley... More

Hiking along the rim of the canyon was one of the most beautiful experiences of my life. Highly recommended.

There are a number of spots to see these falls. From the North side, you can look down at them, from the South side you can look over at the entire falls, and from South at the bottom, you can look up at them. Each spot is great, and you will be impressed with how much water is constantly falling.

One of the busiest points of Yellowstone N.P and should not miss. Can go down to the waterfall, but going back to the car park takes more than 10 minutes. Overlook point is easy to see the view of he waterfall. We were lucky we could see the eagles's nest on the rock and young chic was fed by the... More

After a strenuous hike in the summer heat, down to the viewing platform to view these falls, it is hard not to gaze fixedly at them for hours on end. From experience, I know it is essentially the greatest part of our entire trip (besides the canyon itself), that not many who haven't been to Yellowstone realize is so magnificent.... More

Partially frozen, these falls mesmerizes the onlooker. The view in January with the ice and snow around dazzle the senses.
