Thank you for taking the time to write this review. It's great to hear how much you appreciate our reds, when we're mostly known for our Rieslings! :)

We drove to the wineries so we were only able to visit a few stops on the trail. There are companies that take to to the wineries by bus or limo. These would allow you to visit more wineries. Keep in mind most of the...More

Beautiful town with tons of historic interest. Women's Rights National Historical Park very informative and well done. Everything you never knew but thought you did about the fight for equal rights!

OUr 5th year on the Cayuga Lake Wine Trail. Well organized, fabulous bus driver, great time at the vineyards. Herbs are healthy & fun to plant back home. The food is always good.

If one is driving this trail for the view and experience, then it is lovely. If one is driving it to visit different wineries, then it is a disappointment. On the east side of the lake, there are very few wineries to visit. The west...More

Thank you for taking the time to write this review. Unfortunately, the east side doesn't offer many different options for wineries, but they certainly aren't disappointing on their own.

All 16 wineries on the tour were dog friendly! Most wineries had a very good selection of white and red wines with some unique varieties developed by Cornell. There are places to eat at either end of the trail even during the off season, and...More

This was amazing. My friends and family rented a house on Cayuga Lake to go on the wine trail. You buy a ticket for $45 and you get a grapevine wreath, a wine glass and you visit 16 wineries. Each winery gives you and ornament...More

Event is well organized. Good value for the ticket price. I wouldn't go on a Saturday again - far too many people and not as enjoyable as a Sunday.

Thank you for taking the time to write this review, and it's always great to hear about an event! You're right, Sunday's are certainly the calmer of the 2 days and lends itself to be a more enjoyable day.

Found great wineries with spectacular views! Wish there was more opportunities for places to eat in the off season. Found many other visitors trying to find a cafe or bistro open for lunch as well. Published materials and maps were helpful.

Thank you for taking the time to write this review. Unfortunately, you're completely right about the lack of food options in the off-season. Hopefully you'll come back again during the summer for a chance to try our wondering offerings!

Yes, you will want a DD or transportation. There are a bunch of wineries in a 10 mile radius or so, but it is kind of rural and not many places right nearby to stay.
