If I could rate this place zero stars I would do that. I have been there for concerts, comedy shows and other events and people are literally smoking in the seats blowing smoke all of the place openly and none of the staff does anything to address it. Is this place even managed beyond the tickets and beverage and food. Its an embarrassment to the city for this type of venue to exist in our downtown. Cincinnati can do so much better than this. I vote demolish and rebuild, hire management and get some control. My last event there was last night and never again. I paid $158 and had to go stand in the isle to avoid smoke. I have been congested all day today. I would never advise anyone to drive to this venue from out of town. Heritage Bank should remove their name from the venue. It does not represent excellence. I wouldn't accept free box seats in this place.

Monster jam started at 7pm, Reds game over at 615pm. Monster traffic jamb! And all the garages were full at 530pm. 1.5 hours to park, and 1.5 miles to walk. Missed half the show! Who planned this? And why are all the garages full as the reds can't sell 2 rows of seats?

Absolutely filthy inside. There are cloth seats which would be nice but with how dirty the floor and bathrooms were (not to mention one seat was missing an armrest). You pay too much to see events here to sit in this filth.

Concert “shinedown”- holy crap, I understand this is a hockey venue. But damn, your acoustics are horrendous. All music bands stay away. This place will cause you to lose fans. Compensating for your crap sound system and acoustics doesn’t mean turn it up. Hearing impaired ppl like me will let you know the best band in the world sound like garbage here.

We went to the New Edition Legacy Tour concert... Great show. My biggest complaint is the venue. This was my first time here and more than likely the last time. If you have any issues with stairs this is not the place to go. We had floor seats. i could not believe with the amount of people that was there the only way to get to the floor seats was by steps. The only way to get back out is the steps. I was told by the workers that they are selective in who they allow to use the steps. These steps are a true hazard. There is no railings to hold on too. You truly have to use your leg muscles to get up the steps. Thet really need to do something about this. Major renovations are needed!

Seats are to close together still, needs to be updated. Need to be more thoughtful of special needs people. Took my daughter & she had hard time going down steps to our seat.

While the venue is older and needs renovations (including new seats and additional video screens within the seating bowl), the atmosphere during Cyclones hockey games can be electric and ticket prices are reasonable. The Cyclones host a plethora of theme nights throughout the season. Most Wednesday games include $2 beers (with PBR and Miller High Life as your options) and result in the Cincinnati tradition of beeramids.

The show was well, not great in many ways, and phenomenal in others.
There were two band members and the female singers that stand out in my mind. The Violin player, the shorter blonde guitarist and the female singers. The rest were nothing out of the ordinary.
The Violin player, who smiled thru the whole show did beautiful leaps and jumps into the air and back down landing in the famous splits stance. He ran around and took great delight as he played with sheer passion! You could feel his presence throughout the show!
The small blonde guitarist, on the other hand spent his time making the audience feel guilty for not being up on their feet clapping and dancing. But he did nothing to put on a show that would encourage that kind of behavior. He paced back and forth like a caged lion and growled at the audience putting off uncomfortable vibes the whole show.
Awe, the light show was awesome, breathtaking, animated, alive!!!! Absolutely amazing.
But the choreography left much to be desired. It was a feeble attempt that truly just baffled me. It was like being at a Soul concert in the 1970's. Entire songs were sung with the female singers rocking back and forth doing fist shots into the air. Total waste of these very talented singers abilities in an atmosphere that should have been amazing.
Though the female singers had been short changed in that regard, they really made up for it with crisp, clear, powerful, moving voices. Voices that reached inside your soul. These women are so extremely talented singers! Something tells me they can dance too!
All in all, we paid 300.00 for seats, but it wouldn't have mattered where we sat, it just wasn't worth it.
Maybe the West TSO band is better.

I’d give it zero stars if I could. Security was extremely rude! A security guard actually told us to push and shove our way to the front if we wanted barricade at a general admission show. An employee also said the same thing in a public Facebook comment. HBC employees clearly have not learned (from their own history) how dangerous that is. Their equipment is garbage. When it came time for us to get our spots on the floor the ticket scanners wouldn’t work and the head of security refused to hold the line until fans who were there first could get our tickets scanned. Nasty staff and outdated building. Choose another venue if you want to have a great experience!

I'm going to a Hockey Game this Sat. & taking our daughter who has special needs. She has a hard time walking far, so where would be a good place to park for her & I have a muscle disease & can't walk far. Can I park underneath? Thanks.

I want to go to the WWE event on January 16th my son is in a wheelchair how do I get good seats or an aisle seat for him where his view ain't obstructed the event is at the heritage Bank center Cincinnati Ohio
We are thinking about attending the Transiberian concert on 11/29. My husband recently had foot surgery and is completely non weightbearing on his right foot so he uses a knee scooter. There are 5 in our party. How does handicap seating work?

Is that the new name for US Bank Arena? I had already purchased my tickets and then got injured. So I’m not sure how handicap tickets work when you buy them ahead of time but I’m sure you could call and find out. Customer service was able to accommodate me that night when I told them my issue. It was very kind of them to make my visit more enjoyable.

Hi, we have GA tickets for Twenty One Pilots on Oct 22. It says on the site to enter through the East Gate. Which level is that on? We will be parking in the East Garage. Thanks!
