- WanderlustMom17Evansville, Indiana198 contributionsSmaller but niceWe’re making our way to every MLB Stadium and compared to some others I felt this one was smaller in size but very clean! Beers were $11-$15 each, popcorn was $10. Parking nearby cost us $25 but was easy to find and navigate to the stadium and back. We had great seats right at the visiting sides dugout. The downtown area is severely lacking for after game entertainment so we ended up back at our hotel and taking it easy. Overall, pretty good stadium and worth the visit!Visited April 2023Travelled as a coupleWritten 15 April 2023

- Julie FNew Lenox, Illinois161 contributionsLove GABPWe had a great experience at GABP as 1st time visitors to the ballpark. The kids enjoyed all of the fun photo ops around the park and how friendly all of the workers were that we encountered. Probably the cleanest ballpark I've ever been in. And nice area around the park with bars and restaurants.Visited April 2023Travelled with familyWritten 29 April 2023
- tmazionsmithSaint Paul, Minnesota377 contributionsOnly saw the outside...My friend and I had passed the ballpark when it was empty, so we wanted to go back when it was busy/full with a crowd actually watching a game. It does have a lively atmosphere when a game is happening. The area as you approach is well-maintained and you can walk around the statues and plaza area without having a ticket.Visited May 2023Written 2 June 2023
- BrandonNewport, Kentucky3 contributionsAwesomeIt was an amazing experience because of how good the game was. Elly De La Cruz hit for the cycle and Joey Votto hit two home runs. The food was good too and I got to hit out of the batting cage. All around it was an amazing experience and very glad I went.Visited June 2023Travelled with friendsWritten 24 June 2023
- KD17201Chambersburg, Pennsylvania196 contributionsBack to back to back jacks - Reds win!Great atmosphere, loved the club seats with lots of food choices and amenities. Wider, comfortable seats made viewing the game better. Plenty of on field activities between innings and a great, exciting performance by the Reds.Visited July 2023Travelled with familyWritten 24 July 2023
- DarrenMinnesota33 contributionsGreat American Ballpark is a must-stop for any MLB fanSat in the upper deck behind home plate and the view was unreal. One of the best in baseball. The crowd was into the game from the first to last pitch. Concession stands were all open and there was a lot of options to choose from, even in the 400/500 level. Traffic was relatively easy to navigate before and after the game. We attended on a Friday and there were fireworks after the game. The quality of the firework show was termendous. Much better than many municipalities on Independence Day!Visited August 2023Written 9 August 2023

We hadn’t been to a professional baseball game in a long time. We had fun watching the game.Visited April 2023Travelled as a coupleWritten 13 August 2023
- TB_Rays_fan_NJOrlando, Florida302 contributions#21 of 30 ballpark visited - love baseball, but the venue is middlingWe've seen 21 of the 30 current MLB ballparks for regular season games, and as a baseball fan this was an enjoyable experience, but probably our lease favorite to date. We sat in the upper deck behind home plate for a game vs. the FL Marlins, and the view of the field as well as of the Ohio River was quite good. We have visited the Rays in the comfortable A/C at Tropicana Field, which is reputed to be the worst park in MLB, but it has many niceties that are lacking at GAB. The video boards were lacking in information displayed and the use of replays, while a visit to the food concessions did not allow for continued viewing of the game which can occur live at many stadiums and via video monitors at most stadiums. Food options tended toward the more basic choices and I did not note any local culinary specialties. The 321 (beer, hot dogs, ice cream) Tuesday special was a nice cost saver. We found the central garage a bit confusing and the attendants didn't seem to know how to direct us to the section where we parked.Visited August 2023Written 20 August 2023

We are doing a tour of all the MLB stadiums and The Great American Ballpark is #5 on the list.
Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and vibe is amazing. This ball park feels like a baseball stadium.
If you are a baseball fan then make a point to stop by here

I love this ballpark! The staff is always so friendly and helpful. There really isn’t many bad seats. My only advice is buy your tickets at the ballpark instead of secondary sites. They have many promotions. $3🍺 and $2 hot dogs for the first game I attended and half price tickets for seniors the next day. Even the Refs fans were nice even though I was rooting forthright Twins! Great time! Easy to get to on the shuttle!

I went on the Labor Day weekend and it was the Reds Vs Cubs! The game itself was good (I find it weird that so many people were wandering about watching the game on huge tv’s and eating rather than actually watching the game!!
Ticket prices varied online and to be honest, you can walk around and get a better view.
Food prices are extortionate as you can imagine. Drinks are $14 minimum and everything else similarly overpriced but that’s to be expected.
It’s a wonderfully safe environment for kids and families, expect it to be crowded and loud!!
On certain Fridays, they do amazing fireworks displays which are worth the journey alone!

Tremendously impressed by the ballpark. As Cub fans and accustomed to the "vintage" Wrigley Field, we appreciated the upgrades, amenities of the park, food choices, Hall of Fame and beautiful location. Went on a tour of the park too which provided a behind-the-scenes view of private suites. A beautiful ballpark.

The ballpark is nice, but not great compared to others. The location of the ballpark is downtown and very convenient. Prices inside the ballpark are typical of a game in the midwest.

There is a massive parking garage on 5th Avenue, right across from Saks. It is walking distance from the ballpark, and costs $22 for 24 hours IIRC
