We have season passes. My wife brings my daughter during the spring and summer to just walk around. Beautiful grounds. Safe. Large variety of animals that you can get very close too. Also fun with train rides, carousel and 4D theater. We always enjoy going there.

We went with our two kids (1 and 6) on a cool snowy/rainy day because it was the last day we'd be in town. I was really impressed with the fun interactive things for kids to do along the paths. I also loved that while some animals weren't in their exhibits, there were interior exhibits for them so we could... More

The Cincinnati Zoo is truly a wonderful zoo and has much to be proud of. The zoo is clean. The staff is friendly. The exhibits continue to grow and improve. They have really worked to make this one of the best zoos in the country. The hippos will arrive soon which will add another dimension to the Africa Exhibit.

#1rated zoo, been here many times when growing up.went to food shows every year when I was young with family, enjoyed the booths and samples of food. Loved to see the animals in their cages and grottos. Monkey island was fantastic, along with the elephant exhibition. We used too pack a lunch and spend the day there. You will enjoy... More

The grounds were beautiful - flowering trees and a multitude of spring blooms! It was the perfect time to visit. The exhibits were great.

We love Cincinnati Zoo! We visit at least monthly. There is so much to see, every visit we see a whole "new" set of animals. The kids love the carousel and the train as well. The new nursing moms room is amazing as well.

I love how this zoo is in a botanical garden setting. I enjoy walking and seeing all the bamboo and other beautiful plants. Aside from the animals, this zoo also has great food choices -- including Skyline chili and a barbecue with great (if a little spicy) food. Buy your lunch at the zoo. Help them out a little bit!... Educational and enjoyable. There was a wide variety and the animals were well cared for. As expected there was a great deal of walking. We visited on a weekday and the zoo was not at all crowded. This added to the over all experience and the ability to interact with zookeepers

Brought my young sisters here, and we were disappointed by what we experienced. Half the animals weren't out or visible. Polar bears missing, and many others, just unable to be found in their places. Feel like I wasted a lot of $$ to see a couple animals, like the ones in the petting zoo.

Atmosphere: Gorgeous! We have three of the top zoos in Ohio two of which I have lived near. The botanical gardens in Cinci win my vote over Toledo because the flowers are everywhere and are so well marked. This is a much smaller zoo than Toledo, but that does not stop it from being seriously top notch. I love the... More
