Pioneer Park is an Oasis loop for my busy chore oriented trips to Walla Walla. The stunning trees never fail to drop some relaxation into my schedule. The flowers are gorgeous and different. This is great even for a five minute escape!

This is a big, beautiful park. We walked it w/our daughter and her 5 month old golden retriever who got several surprises along the way from some of the geese in the aviary. It was a very nice way to spend a couple of hours.

Big park, lost of grass, you are for children and an aviary for various types of birds. Clean restrooms and a nice gazebo....a wonderful place to visit when in Walla Walla.

This is a great little park for wandering and we really enjoyed the aviary. Plenty of parking and clean restrooms. I can see why it’s the number one rated attraction in Walla Walla.

The park has an aviary that is free - many ducks, geese, and pheasants. There is a nice small rose garden. There are picnic tables scattered around, and ball fields.

This park is an amazing bit of paradise in a rural community. Designed over a century ago by the same architects that designed Central Park in New York City. It is a mature example of landscape design excellence. Used year around from the summer duck...More

Massive park might be a better title:; excellent paved trails; large ponds; tons of shade to beat the heat; aviaries; children's playgrounds, drive thru and plenty of parking (multiple lots and surrounding streets); great place to walk and relax, play Pokemon Go, and more!

With special events happening this place can be "jumpin'". But for day to day relaxing it's great. Bring something to read and hang out near your favorite ancient tree. Or stroll past the duck pond (watch your step) 🙂. Maybe, if you are in the...More
