Historic and lovely old building and grounds. Inside is a treasure trove of memorabilia from days gone by, mainly focused on Civil War era. Incredible collection of old china, silver serving pieces and other housewares.

The courthouse is well laid out. Civil war artifacts are very good, with low prices for what they are. Each room holds surprises, with many items to hold interest.

Their collection of civil war artifacts is absolutely amazing. The museum is well laid out with exhibit after exhibit that just keeps your attention for hours. Absolutely loved it.

This "Old Court House has been converted to a Vicksburg Historical museum and includes an amazing number of memorabilia for the early 1800s and early 1900s. Well worth the time and low price of admission. Plan on spending and hour or more here.

Lots to see in this place. The building itself is treasure. I recall a comment about the costumes being shabby... but good grief... they're over a hundred years old!! Lots of history to be seen. My only complaint... the bathrooms are horrid!!

I thoroughly enjoyed the Courthouse. Being an attorney I loved the visit. Exciting to sit in a courtroom where Jefferson Davis had been. This courthouse had been shelled during the siege of Vicksburg. Great artifacts were on exhibit.
