This transportation service was booked for us through AAA and they did NOT disappoint! The beautiful, clean (and COOL) vehicle was waiting for us at the airport and after the chauffeur loaded our luggage, we were on our way in NO TIME! After the hot plane and airport, the air conditioning was more than welcomed! The driver was efficient, safe, and very knowledgeable about the city and surrounding areas. She made some suggestions of where to go AND where to AVOID (very helpful information in an unfamiliar city!) For our return to the airport to leave, they called to confirm with us on our flight times and ask if there were any changes to our flights/boarding/gates etc. They were prompt at picking us up and we arrived at the airport with time to spare! If you need transportation in Honolulu this is the company to call! Prompt and professional, what else do you need?

We used this car service instead of a shared ride and it was perfect. We were picked up promptly from the airport and taken to our hotel. On the day we left they were once again prompt and got us to the airport quickly. I would definitely use them again if in the area.

Our driver Al was so professional and personable — he really made our trip to Pearl Harbor and the USS Missouri an even better experience! We very much appreciated his help with the details, all of the good insight and information he shared and his great sense of humor. The car was immaculate, comfortable and Al was on time. Highly recommend.

We booked this company through our hotel at the last minute for a four hour tour. We were collected on time by a lady called Pua (sorry if misspelt). She was wonderful. We told her where we wanted to go and away we went. She was very knowledgeable about her home, we learnt so much about the island and customs. Felt entirely safe with her driving and she went out of her way to stop off to collect some items my husband had ordered. Lots of laughter was had by us all. Very happy with this company.

DO NOT USE PLATINUM LIMOUSINE. My family of 5 booked transfer from Waikiki (Moana Surfrider) to Disney's Aulauni on March 22 at 1:30 p.m. At 1pm, we asked our hotel concierge if we could push it back to 2pm and were told it would not be a problem. We arrived downstairs at 1:55pm and were told that the driver left and would not return. I called and spoke with the woman who identified herself as the manager, Mara. Mara informed me that the driver left to take another passenger, that her company would still charge us for the two hours we had reserved, and that it was not her fault. Our hotel hailed us a stretch limo cab for 1/2 the price Platinum charged and refused to refund. STEER CLEAR OF PLATINUM LIMOUSINE.

Make-A-Wish Hawaii uses Platinum Limousine for all of our wishes on Oahu. They are the start and he finish of every wish we grant. Our Wish families are so grateful to the Team for the professionalism and kindness. They are super easy to work with and always provide impeccable service.

Sometimes a ride back to the airport is just that. This morning was lucky enough to be picked up by Platinum Limosine. My driver Neal was great conversation and professional. Car was immaculate

Picked up at airport by Ray, very nice and friendly driver. Gave us information about where to eat and things to do while in Honolulu. Very good and safe driver. We rode in style in new Cadillac Escalade with a/c kicking. Our other driver to airport for trip to big island was also friendly and safe driver. Another nice ride in new Cadillac Escalade. Both drivers handled all the luggage. When in Honolulu ride with Platinum Limo, you won't regret it.

Driver was always prompt and very professional. We were picked up in a Mercedes sprint van both times and it was great!
