Hawaii Food Tours™ was created by Hawaii's #1 Food Writer and Restaurant Reviewer, Chef Matthew Gray. It's for those who love food & fun. Voted Best Tours on Oahu for the past two years in a row!

Two different daily tours; one takes place in & around Honolulu... the other goes to the North Shore. We will feed, educate and entertain you all day long!

MSNBC Network called us one of the best food experiences in the world! These fantastic tours feature Yummy Food, Fascinating History, and Culinary Decadence!

Our Famous Hole-in-the-Wall Tour™ includes a behind-the-scenes walking and tasting tour in Honolulu's amazingly colorful Chinatown! It's an entertaining, informative and FUN Honolulu City Tour with several stops, including 2 of Hawaii's most famous Bakeries & one of a kind Marketplaces. You'll be eating between 15 & 20 different foods! This tour takes place all over Honolulu, away from the touristy areas of Waikiki, where only the real locals go to eat.

Our North Shore Food Tour™ gives guests a tasty glimpse of the colorful and rural "countryside" area of our island of Oahu. Many people read about the North Shore, about the beautiful huge waves, the garlic shrimp trucks, and rustic away-from-the-city areas, and that's what we give our

guests, including some genuine Hawaiian food, a garlic shrimp plate, various pastries, Hawaiian Beer, and a visit to a coffee and sugar plantation.

Most definitely d. All of the above. Matthew and Keira, from the first moment you meet them, are two of the most knowledgeable, friendly, and downright adorable folks you will encounter in Oahu. Matthew has a quick wit and a droll sense of humor that made me feel that I was on a tour with a good friend. Keira is... More

I can't say too many good things about this fabulous, generous, exciting, delectable, informed and off-beat tour. Our guides, Greg and Sahara, were full of restaurant tips, food history and lore, excitement about introducing us to the amazing food on the tour, and solicitous of our interests and comfort, from supplies of cold bottled water throughout, to Purell and Plackers... My husband and our 3 teenage daughters recently participated in the "Hole-in-the-Wall" tour led by Sahara and Greg - what a great pair of tour guides. We really enjoyed our excursion to ALL the foodie places and the history they imparted with the tastings. My middle daughter loved the baked manapua so much that we made a 1 1/2 hour... More

Matthew and Keira were wonderful hosts, super friendly and knowledgeable about food and attractions around the island. You can tell they love what they do and I'm amazed at how they can do this on a daily basis and still make it seem like this is their first tour. I had a blast tasting all the different variety of food.... More

This was my first food tour and happens to be in Hawaii, getting to know local food better. I expected to be a group of tourist being lectured and shown what was good in Hawaii, to my surprise it was more than that. The guides made us feel included, similar to a bunch of friends hanging out. We ate with... More

My wife and I are self proclaimed foodies so when we were planning to visit Hawaii on our honeymoon and this came up it was a no brainer. We loved the concept that Matt and Keira put forth. This tour isn't about Hawaiian food - it's about the food of Hawaii. In other words it's about what the people who... More

This is seriously the best tour we both have ever been on! If only there could be a Food Tour in every city! Nothing but love for Matthew and Keira!

My wife and I greatly enjoyed this tour (as well as the meat, fruit, pastries we got to eat) as part of our Hawaii honeymoon. We had the owners (Matt & Keira) touring us and they were very gracious in taking us to some great places (including Chinatown), telling us what we were eating (and the culture/history of it), and... Matthew and Kiera were the consumate host and hostess, seeming to know our needs before we did. Need water, information, a pitstop? It was all right there. The local color was fabulous, even for someone who lived on the Island for three years. We were a family of five ages 64, 51, 26, 19 and 18, and everyone had a... More
