Park is near the beach, has side walk to with family. Parking is little hectic if you go in the evening, meter parking. Plenty of area to relax and watch the waves.

Due to homelessness Id rather stay away from the park. I used to run on the bike trail that runs through the park by the water but its just one of those things...people gotta go somewhere. Its too expensive here

We came here to kill time between lunch and Pearl Harbor. We pulled up and didn't even get out of the car. There was a large homeless camp along the shore and something shady going on in the parking lot.
