DISCLOSURE: This is not a review of Pearl Harbour, which is absolutely worth visiting, but of E Noa as a provider of services. My family and I (6 of us) planned a day to Pearl Harbour to see the Arizona memorial and take in as much of the other museums as we had time for. We opted for the $50 E Noa tours "Salute to Pearl Harbour" (ticket to the Arizona memorial) on the basis that this was going to be the most in-demand ticket. This proved to be the case, but even so it was not only free to obtain (we were not informed that the ticket bore no cost) and not nearly so over-subscribed as we were led to believe by the E Noa agent it would be. Again, the park ticket and memorial are both FREE (the latter needs a timed ticket, but still free), so, essentially we paid $50/person for a bus trip from Waikiki beach, which you could do for $25 cab ride (total) or $2.75 city bus. There was no guided tour at the park, simply a man waiting on the far end with a timed ticket you could get yourself online in advance from the park's own ticket site (which we found out from the park). The ONLY saving grace of this DISGRACEFUL RIPOFF was the fact that we didn't opt for the $200/person for an all-in museum ticket that you can buy yourself for less than $80 ($150 buys you the guided tour directly at the park!). It goes to show that you should do your own research in advance, but I'm nevertheless shocked that the State allows operators to operate in this manner. I'd like my father to get his money back less the actual reasonable cost of the bus ride (should be around $5 in my estimation based on capacity). Save your money, get your tickets online yourself and catch the bus or catch a ride-share.
