This is my 2nd favorite grocery store after Food Pantry. The sushi, fish market as well as hot foods are my destination. Many choices of fresh poke and chinese deli.. many types of Hawaiian gifts and candies!

Needed to bring back some hard to find Japanese snacks for the family - this place is pretty much an Asian-Hawaiian Walmart with other stuff mixed in - love it - open 24 hours too 👍🏼 Will be back - if I need anything else or can fit more in my suitcase Plenty of parking and even lunch plates and... I always go to Don Q when I visit Honolulu. This is Asian store here in Hawaii. Read the labels carefully. Not all food items are from Japan although it may seem like it is.

Unlike the typical store, this has merchandise you don't see every day. Worthwhile to look around even you do not want the various stuff, ranging from regular food and household items, to Asian imports that are inexpensive. Parking lot is always difficult to move around, there is a two storey parking structure across the street, much easier to use.

It's like a Walmart back home Hawaiian 🌺 edition but they have everything thing. We bought an additional bag so we can take all the extra stuff we bought to take back home.

I went here almost every day to pick up papayas, bread pudding, spam musubi, arare, corelle plates, knives, a bag, laundry soap. great for those items you didn't bring with you on your travels. Outside the store are a group of take out places. Although it does attract homeless. The only bad thing about this store is that while it's... More

If you haven't been here, you need to visit at least once to see all the wonderful items you can buy at great prices. We particularly go for the macadamia nut and chocolate covered nuts which they sell in similar cases as Costco. They may be even a little cheaper if Costco doesn't have them on sale. Better yet, it... More

If you want to buy cheap Hawaiian macadamia chocolates, then go to Don Quixote. It's cheaper than Longs or Food Pantry! However, there are no staff to ask if you are looking for something else. Whoever you find isn't friendly or can't speak or understand English.

Stopped in to Don Quixote in search of some Hawaiian pattern dishes. Didn't find those, but I did get all the rest of my take home Hawaiian stuff. Loaded up on macadamia nuts, chocolate, and Kona coffee. I didn't need much else but I prowled the aisles for another 30 minutes taking in the variety and deals. Everything for the... More
