    mall
Huge outdoor mall. Lots of shops both high end and regular/every day. I had a few hours to kill before my flight after I'd checked out of my hotel so i decided to walk around. Good place to go and window shop if nothing else. Bonus: free parking!

    Everything you'd ever need!
An amazing mall. They have EVERYTHING I could have wanted. And lots more. It gets confusing trying to navigate so I got a map from the information center. The only negative is trying to figure out getting in and out of the mall. The park across the street from the Ala Moana beach park and within walking distance of the Prince Waikiki

Huge with many high end stores
Make sure you have your good walking shoes on when visiting this big outdoor mall. Basically it’s exposed to the elements and only going inside a store offers air conditioned relief. Also, have a bottle of water with you to stay hydrated especially if you are window shopping. Many of the shops are high end chain stores. There is a decent food court with a variety of choices. The mall was very clean. We haven’t been here in several years and found it overwhelming in size and in the types of expensive stores. It was disappointing not to see the ‘local’ shops or restaurants that were once here.

    Favourite mall!
Our favourite mall in the world! It’s got all our favourite American shops and a variety of eateries. It’s huge! It took us a couple of days to find our way around as it’s vast, but once you work out where things are, you’re good to go.

    Exciting place
A big shopping mall. Many shops, restaurants and people. After coming out from ABC store, we saw a show at the center stage. A traditional dance event was taking place. Enjoy the show very much.

HUGE AND EASY TO GET AROUND
Still huge although the food court was a little disappointing. Very hard to get a table and hard to even find a coffee in that area. Good range of shops. Went there on black Friday and place was busy but still not as crowded as previous visits.

    Best In Class
This mall is one of a few favorites offering a world class collection of fine stores, entertainment and food options that’s hard to beat. I also like the fact that it’s outdoors since Honolulu has the perfect climate (not too hot, not too cold and except during storms) for comfortable walking and browsing. Too bad Saks closed in the International Marketplace. It would have been perfect here with the other upscale department stores (Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom and Bloomingdales). Even the Macy’s here has a better and broader selection of designer merchandise than you find in most. Great place to spend the day when you get tired of the beach.

The upmarket shopping mall of Honolulu located close to the luxury hotels of Hilton etc.

Parking available. Buses and trolleys stop there. If in Waikiki up Diamond Head end catch Pink Trolley in front of Dukes statue, next to police station.

Although outdoor there is cover along front of shops. Everything from luxury brands to standard brands.

Large food court at ground level including toilets located at rear.

My only complaint - hardly any seating around shops.

This ginormous Mall was only a 5 minute walk from our hotel on the west end of the Waikiki strip and it's a mix of indoor and outdoor spaces with free parking. Many high end stores but we actually found some excellent sales at Macy's. We did our food-gift shopping at the Foodland grocers and had many take-out meals there to keep costs down during our stay. It's a great space to chill if you need to get away from the beach atmosphere or on a rainy day. Food courts are very busy and offer lots of variety. Also some comfy seating and washrooms available -- get yourself a map there if you don't want to waste time wandering. If you don't like crowds, get there as soon as it opens (10am) or a couple of hours before closing (8pm). Highly recommend Assagio and Liliha Bakery for good sit-down dining.

We spent half a day at the Ala Moana Center while staying in Waikiki. Easy to get to by bus. Loads of shops worth visiting as well as lots of restaurants. Always very busy.

Beginning with the parking - crowed, dirty and grimy, we found parking and it felt like my feet were sticking to the pavement as we walked.

Avoid all stairwells! More dirt and grime along with the added human feces and urine. This center is doing very little to keep the place clean.

Around the shops inside the mall, clean but crowded. I call it mini rodeo drive as I cannot afford to shop at these stores. Must be for the rich tourists.

The food places are all over priced. Then I had to ask myself, why go to a shopping mall to eat?

Overall - it reflects much of Oahu, dirty, grimy, sticky and nasty. The paradise is lost. The beauty is looking away from the concrete and at the ocean or mountains. This place - just nasty.

If you’re looking to shop in Waikiki there’s no shortage of places to shop, but this place pretty much has everything in one place. It’s also an easy walk from the southern end of Waikiki Beach area hotels, just beyond the harbor area. They have multiple restaurants and multiple food courts, one was dedicated just to Asian food. The food isn’t cheap, but that’s pretty much so across the island; but there’s a lot of options for you. There’s also a Target store, where you can buy food items at a much more comparable price to the mainland.

Great shopping centre over 4 floors - there's so many different shops to look around, including a few department stores. Nice food court on ground floor. Easy to get to from Waikiki - users pick up point is a little tricky to find.
