Went into Newport without any plans or not even knowing what was going on and Bailey at tickets (we found out later she is the manager, all smiles) was a gem. Not only did she go above and beyond but found us a room to...More

We were here only briefly to purchase trolly and mansion tickets, but it was clean, spacious, well staffed, and seemed to contain information on EVERY aspect of Newport and the surrounding areas.

This is the best place to get all the information you need about Newport and the surrounding towns. Jennifer is super helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable about Rhode Island. She gave recommendations about restaurants, tours, and nightlife. Can not wait to go back.

The friendly staff and wealth of information makes it the first stop if you are just arriving in Newport. Mansion tickets, as well as trolley tickets can be purchased here. They can answer any question.

I went to the counter, and Dennis, the staff member, was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and 'down right' helpful. I highly recommend taking a few moments to listen to the offerings Dennis mentions and you will be glad you did!

The gentleman who helped us was friendly, provided all the info we requested and offered additional tips that were very helpful. The center was clean, had lots of good information and clean restrooms. Recommend starting your Newport visit here.

This is the place to start your visit to Newport Rhode Island if you have never been there before, or to refresh yourself with all that Newport has to offer. It is just as you come into town by the Marriott
