Made a quick unplanned visit, was very refreshing on a hot summer evening, lots of benches to sit on and view the amazing waterfront.

Built by Napoleons fort builders to keep the Brits out ! It's a very interesting structure when compared with similar in the UK. Apparently it is the best protected fort in America now and well worth a visit.

Very nice place to visit. Had tours every hour and you could shop. Also had a food truck called fork in the road that was awesome.

We love to tour these forts and any caves we can find! This actually filled the voids on both parts. We had a knowledgable guide and had a fun time! Would highly recommend it to anyone!

We came here a few times. No charge for parking or being on the grounds. We brought our dogs too. Beautiful 2 mile waking path on the water. You can bring lunch and picnic.
