We happened to be at this place in late afternoon. Had an amazing view of the bridge’s reflection in water.

"Beaches" in AZ just not the same as in the Midwest. We made the most of it and enjoyed our time there. Awesome drive up N Apache Trail.

This lake was fun. Plenty of space to have fun with your water toys and just to float around without having to worry about anything around you. The only problem was people at the boat launch swimming in that area. Other than that I loved...More

The water clarity is still marginal as the early season storms have left murky water and floating debris. We would expect it to clear up some in the next month or so.

Yes I would imagine it will be busier than usual as a result of spring break. However, there is plenty of room and spaces fro camping on the beach so it will still be easy to find a spot.
