During a recent stop at the Buffalo Niagara Visitor Center I found a very pleasant and informed staff, they were able to answer all my questions, offer suggestions for things to do in the area with a number of brochures and rack cards to peruse. When I asked about places to eat they offered a number of close-by eateries and... More

I was disappointed. The information is sparse when it comes to the city of Buffalo. There is voluminous information, but most of it was about the region. My hotel concierge was far more helpful. I guess I should have taken more notice of the title than I did. They need to have more information about the wonderful things to see... More

We had only a day to visit Niagara Falls and we were looking for a place to store or bags. We were greeted very warmly and were offered to store our bags at this premises. Very kind and polite customer service and vibrant atmosphere at visitor center must be one of our highlight to our recent Niagara Falls.

We were greeted by an energetic, attractive young woman, named Tina ( she wore a white long sleeve polo, there was a comedic conversation about this). As we talked about our tour needs, Tina steered us towards a Grayline tour.....She called ahead and... More

Beautiful building - obviously lots of history here. Its a visitors center - not an amusement park but the information that you can gather here is incredible. Definitely gather as much intel that you can and get lost in the city. Great people and friendly staff.

I arrived early afternoon at my downtown hotel and walked the four blocks to the Buffalo Visitor Center. There a very helpful young man gave me lots of tips on what to see, provided me with a walking tour book and answered all my questions with great patience. The Center has lots of informational material and some cute souvenir items... More
