Great Arena

Went for a Sabres game and one of the best arena's we've been to. You feel close to the action, easy to get around, great seats and very comfortable feel to the place.

It's a modern arena. There really isn't a bad place to sit for Sabres or Bandits games (including the last row of the 300's). For concerts the sound is very good, may actually be a bit on the quiet side for a concert. Food and drinks are typically overpriced, but nothing unexpected.

There's not a bad seat in the house. This is home to the Buffalo Sabres and the Buffalo Bandits. Nice place to attend events. Easy access throughout with friendly service...

Went up to catch our hometown Caps against the Sabres. What a great place to watch a game. Unlike the Verizon Center, the arena opened more than an hour prior to puck drop so we were able to get a beer and some snacks early. Kids got a certificate for their first game - an arena host suggested we get... More

I've been to games here several times and always have a great time. The fan base is welcoming to the visiting fans, and the arena is clean and well kept. Can't beat Buffalo for a winter landscape and plenty of ice during the winter months!

We flew from California for a Sabres game. Great place to see a game. Greatest fans. Love to see Tom the cone head concessions guy. A little confusing to get in and out of the area but it's not that bad if you watch the signs. Highly recommend the anchor bar for wings before the game. Go early. The Marriott... More

I'm not much of a Sabres fan, but when I heard that they were playing against my favorite team (the Bruins), I knew that I had to go. The people there were very friendly and there wasn't a bad seat in the house. Great venue to watch a hockey game and will definitely be returning for more!

Fantastic atmosphere for a hockey game and great prices (except for food but it's an arena). A definite check out if in Buffalo during hockey season.

Visited for a sabres game in December. The facility itself is excellent. The bars and restaurants and facilities are all super. I've visited 9 or 10 NHL arena's over the years and this experience just didn't live up to the others. First of all, the people that shovel the ice between whistles have to be women. This is a marketing... More

Visited from out of state and we had to see a hockey game. Sabres not doing to well at the moment and we got cheap resale tickets for a Saturday afternoon game. We sat in the upper level and had an excellent view for the game. The building has a very open feel to it. The only tight place is... More
