This event should not be missed. It is the best of the best. While people come for the musical and it is good, this is so real and gives the history of Teddy Roosevelt.

My husband and do a lot of traveling, and love to go to the theater. We were blown away by the quality of this performance, very professional. This is a seasonal event in Medora, and I am pretty sure it closes this week. Call before...More

We so enjoyed this. So informative. We learned things we did not know previously. He looked like "Teddy", Acted like "Teddy" and talked like "Teddy". A must see when in Medora! ND.

This was the first time I have seen the play even though I have been to Medora quite a few times. The play was good and interesting, but I can't give it a 5 rating because Teddy talked a bit too fast at times and...More

This one hour show is worth every penny. The actor portraying Theodore Roosevelt is very knowledgable about the life of the former president. It was such a treat to see this performance. The only minor damper was the screaming kid in the back row. This...More

What a treat to see someone so immerse themselves in a role where you can not separate the actor from the person they are personifying. So much enjoyed listening to the stories of Teddy Roosevelt told by Wiegand in the Old Town Hall Theater. Don't...More

We stopped in Medora to eat lunch and the timing was right to see this early afternoon show. We learned a lot about Teddy Roosevelt. Highly recommend. Lasted about an hour. Thank you, TR Joe.

The reenactor's name is Joe Wiegand. He has appeared as TR on the History Channel, in nationwide performances, and also was invited to the White House to perform for President George W. Bush. That being said, this is a professional one-man show that will have...More

The ticket was $10 and well worth the one hour history of TR. The guy that portrays TR was excellent and could almost pass as his twin. I recommend this to anyone visiting in Medora.
