The trip into the Lackawanna Coal mine is unique, fun and very informative. If you like learning about the history of Northeastern Pennsylvania and the coal industry, this is great. All ages will enjoy this experience. Plus, it's great on a hot summer day!

Great tour to learn about the history coal played in our area. Bring sweatshirts if touring in the summer as it will be cool in the mine.

This place was very interesting it even kept the interest of my teens. It had a lot of information that was creepy, cool, and almost heartbreaking. Overall it was a great not overly expensive family activity.
