A good short stop

We were on college tours and we chose it as a stop. It took us about two hours to go around the exhibit and then we got to shoot around in the center court for a while. The... read more

I am not a hardcore basketball fan, but I loved it and so did my 10yo girl and 14yo boy who both play. For me I got to see a lot of memorabilia from players I knew when I was 10. The upper level has a nice timeline of the history of basketball and the order of inductees. Level two... More

It's a nice place if you are a fan of basketball. I'm not so it was somewhat boring. My brother in law is a huge fan and he loved it. My son (11yo) doesn't know too much about the history of basketball but he did enjoyed the visit specially at the end, since he got the chance to shoot a... More

Loved all the fun facts and interesting memorabilia for all things basketball. To our surprise, admission is free for veterans and 10% off in the Gift shop, just show your ID. Kids will love being able to play on the hard court and the chance to slam dunk.

The HOF was ok. The tour starts on the third floor where all the inductees are listed. There are a few artifacts, but it is mostly text. The second floor has a nice mix of artifacts, memorabilia, and exhibits. The first floor is just a large basketball court and the gift shop. The problem I had with our visit was... More

Right off I-91, a good stop to break up a trip. 3 levels in a dome-shaped hall. The lowest level is a basketball court, the other 2 display basketball history. The exhibits are ok but aren't really all that engaging. The whole things seems a little bloodless without much passion to tell the story. $22 is quite a lot for... More

I am a big basketball fan and I also play basketball so this was a great experience. the exhibits were great, and I learned a lot that I didn't know. I also enjoyed being able to shoot before touring the museum. also, I enjoyed the activities like the vertical jump, and grabbing a rebound. I also got to call a... More

Visited here as part of a family trip to New England. My daughter is a huge basketball fan and was really looking forward to it. Using the AAA rate we got in for $50 for two adults and a child. This was still too expensive for what you get. There were a lot of pros. Damon Stoudamire was at the... More

We were on college tours and we chose it as a stop. It took us about two hours to go around the exhibit and then we got to shoot around in the center court for a while. The exhibit was well-organized and the staff was great. It will worth to be a destination if they add more activities and contents... More

The HOF was a nice visit even though we did not stay long but I can not get over that the basketball HOF is in a strip mall. It just does not seem like a fitting place for a HOF.

A fun afternoon with the family! Very interesting museum with many great exhibits - In particular I as the mom was fascinated with the biography of the founder of basketball, James Naismith, who was orphaned at a young age and was a remarkable young man who overcame much adversity in his life. This is the perfect museum to bring kids... More
