This Museum was nicely put together. There were a number of historical artifacts and a few totems from hundreds of years ago. The explanations of each totem was worth reading and learning the history. Good place to spend and hour or two.

This museum was small but very colorful, I enjoyed the clothing displays and the tools and artifacts. Loved the hiking trails adjacent to the museum, just a beautiful walk, not too long. Also included some Totem Poles.

This was the last place I visited while in Sitka during a cruise, and I wish I could have spent hours there! I had to rush, but the collections were very interesting. The admissions fee was was a steal at $7!

Great collection of artifacts and home wares produced by the Alaskan ethnic groups. A quaint setting with a local guide. You can touch some of the objects. Learned a lot about the Inuit esthetics. Well worth a visit.

So many interesting artifacts packed into such a small, but well organized space. We spent and enjoyable morning learning more about the ways of the tribes that made up Alaska.

This place was spectacular! So much history and information! It was great walking through and seeing all the history and there was even the ability to open drawers and see more! This is truly amazing as history taught in school does not do Alaska justice.
