We visited Santa Fe 3 days in May.The ski lodge was closed but the ride up the mountain is stunning, 13,000 ft I believe , thru the clouds. Only 28 degress out an we did not have winter wear , or would have hiked. Alot trails , well marked , easy access. Many picnic areas, we packed food but to... More

Only 25 mins from downtown Santa Fe, it can seem like your personal ski resort on the weekdays. Green and blue ski runs are well groomed, and there are many tree runs, and some quite tough black diamond runs as well. Restaurant is mid-mountain very close to the upper terrain lifts. Staff is super-friendly, and lifts rarely have a line.... More

Fast lifts, short lines, perfectly groomed slopes, interesting, challenging, relaxing slopes. Lunch with a green chili burger, the friendly atmosphere all around and decent prices. Before I forget - "easy to get there, and come back to Santa Fe?" There's a lot to smile about at Ski Santa Fe!

My home town ski hill. I have a season pass and get it really early. Unfortunately I did not ski much this season. Thank you for staying open one more weekend ! The snow was epic!

A few months ago, I was reading reviews of Ski Santa Fe, and someone was knocking this little mountain because it didn't have the fancy lodge and mountain bars that big resorts like Vail have. Well, duh! That's not what Ski Santa Fe is about. It's a locals' mountain that is fabulous when the snow is good in a town... More

Nice mountain. Some of the trails not as wide as I'd like. Good place to refuel at lunch half way down the mountain. Enjoyed skiing there so often because we loved getting a hot tub and massage @ 10,000 waves Japanese Spa 3 miles from the bottom of the mountain road after skiing all day. Aaahhh!

Took my son who had never been skiing before. Started with the "never ever package", it included 2 lessons, rentals and lift ticket all day. We started lessons with Ray. He started him on the conveyer lift and after some initial lessons had him up and down the small beginner hill. By lunch time he was on the green lift!... More

I have been coming many years and I have always enjoyed this friendly day ski area. The intermediate runs are always groomed and the ski class is excellent for beginners. The high elevation makes this a go to area for Texans like me with just a 20 minute daily ride up the mountain. The combination of ski area and downtown... More

Our first ski trip. Arrive early because it takes awhile to get boots that fit (go up one size). We took the lessons. They were helpful but the instructors move quick. A few people in our group felt as if they were left behind. It was not too busy, we didn't wait more than a couple of minutes for a... More
