While in Santa Fe over the Labor Day weekend we spent time here with our grandchildren ages 3 and 6. This place is so much fun that we had trouble leaving. The kids loved it! I felt like a kid again myself! The giant soap bubbles were lots of fun for Grandpa. Everywhere you turned there were excellent learning opportunities... More

The Santa Fe Children's Museum is easy to get find, very close to the Plaza. The staff are interactive and as nice as can be. The variety of exploration is amazing. There are caminos (paths) for the children to explore and look at produce throughout el jardin. The green house was being updated as was the tree house but my... More

Best time this family spent in Santa Fe!!! My daughter didn't know her son would have SO MUCH FUN here. Please put this on your must do list if young folks in your group. Truly Amazing! Kudos to the people who make the Children's Museum possible? Worth price for admission! Come see for yourself!

We went on a Monday when the adults pay and the kids are free. I think it cost 7.50 for myself and my 2 grand kids. It's small compared to other similar places, but that was the best part. I could watch the toddler and still keep an eye on the 8 yr old. The activities are designed to engage... More

For two adults and one child, we paid $24. It was a waste of money. It was such a small museum and did not offer much for children to do. It also looked as if they were running a daycare because there were children running around with one woman who kept telling them to stop running. My daughter had fun... More

My four year old loved this place. it wasn't large but it wasn't crowded either so she could spend a lot of time on each thing. She loved face painting herself and although others thought she was trying to make a scary face, she thought she looked beautiful with red and black solid cheeks, nose and chin. The highlight though... More

it was free today, my kids had a gr8 time, would be worth 2x regular admission. My son with autism was in sensory heaven with the water related items. More like a learning amusement park then museum. Kids ages 7, 5, 3

Small children's museum on way to museum hill. Fairly standard exhibits, geared more towards younger children (6 and under). The place is quite small which limits the "exploring"; also, as others noted, staff seems more comfortable hanging out amongst themselves rather than engaging kids. If you have small children, not a bad way to get done energy out of their... More

We've been to children's museums all over - this one is one floor with loads of imaginative play possibilities. There's a water table, dress up area, wooden blocks, magnets, cozy story corner, tiny tots area, giant bubbles, rope chairlift and more. If you don't have fun, you're not trying. Outdoors is just as good. There's a music area, garden, satellite... More
