We love chocolate and thought it would be good to understand it better. We did the Food of the Gods course with Melanie and learned so much! It was entertaining and informative. We will never look at chocolate the same again!

We just participated in the Food of the Gods course with Melanie today. The time flew by as this articulate, passionate and interesting woman taught us about growing, roasting, production. The room was full of photos, appliances, implements; great for a visual learner like myself....More

This place is really a confectionary, and not for the broad range of good chocolate. No "real" chocolate or truffles, only their own version of confections -- alleged chocolate mixed with hibiscus, lavender, chile, cactus, and whatever else they throw into the piece of sugar....More

Go! Take one of their classes. Try their own in house made chocolate. Listen to Mark’s passion for all things chocolate! Located within walking distance of Meow Wolff museum and only 5 min drive from downtown. Highly recommended.
