It is nice to see a historic place like this in the U.S. I am used to seeing such sites in other countries and loved that there... More

Another beautiful historical place to visit. The architecture was beautiful. We went to all the Missions and they were all stunning.

After a great side trip to Mission San Jose, we decided to go to Mission Concepcion in hopes of seeing inside the church. One of the hilights was seeing the restored walls and realizing the walls were brightly painted during the time it was an active mission. We also were able to see inside the church. The mission is small,... More

This is definitely a must to see while in San Antonio. The grounds are beautiful, but the inside of the Mission is stunning. We had a double stroller and was able to move about the grounds very easily. Plus, it had clean restrooms. We went right after it opened, so foot traffic was light. They also had a rent a... More

Beautiful mission. Make sure you checkout the shrine to Mary outside the mission to the left of the property. Peaceful place to rest your heart and head. The church is very interesting with a gorgeous painting of our risen Lord above the altar.

This was our second visit. This trip we tagged along on a tour being given by Ranger Danny and I must say, I learned so much more about the history of the mission and buildings. This mission has some great examples of restored original frescos that help you imagine how decorative and colorful this mission was both inside and out... More

Very nice tour, part of the missions tour. Less crowded. Do at your own pace. Interesting history. NO FEE.

This mission is small. So definitely an easy walk. Bathrooms are clean. No guided tour. Just a quick place to stop and read about our history and heritage. It's free so stop by and have a look!
