If you get the call to "Civic" duty, Make it easy - ride VIA utilize the jury summons for a free ride. Go early, nice place to get coffee & lunch inside. Dress appropriately - business casual is a good rule of thumb. Once in...More

This is located in Downtown San Antonio, very historic building. It is also located right across the St. Fernando Cathedral. There’s no free parking but different parking lots nearby.

I don't know why you might want to visit this historic courthouse (Texas is full of them, I guess they have a lot of criminals), but I came here seven short years ago to get married. I saw it listed on Trip Advisor's list, so...More

Even before entering you can see that the Bexar Courthouse is historical. After the remodeling a few years ago the Courthouse looks like it must have been when they first built it.

Had Jury Duty. Ended up chosen so we spent 2 weeks at the courthouse. Everyone there was terrific. Facilities were great. Surrounding area was full of great spots to eat.

Easy to get to, with ample parking. The people working here are fairly helpful. A few good Mexican restaurants nearby.

As you are walking around downtown San Antonio you will come upon a park that has two beautiful structures. One of these is the Bexar (Pronounced Bear) County Courthouse. It is so pretty and unique you should take the time to walk around it.

Excellent friendly customer service. No lines. Fast and efficient office. A little difficult to find due to lack of signage but officers at door were cordial with directing us to the right office.
