This it the third time I am visiting and every time I see new carpets and morals. It is always booked up with multiple programs going on.

This place is huge! There are plenty of eating places and it is very clean. The building is beautiful, too. Be prepared to walk, since it is so big. The only thing I can find fault with it the restrooms are not marked so well to see from a distance. If your convention is here, you will love it.

Here for my doctoral graduation. The space was well kept and well lit. The staff with whom I interacted were very nice and helpful

Was there for 3 days. They took Covid precautions on all surfaces commonly touched. The building was a bit chilly but that is to be expected at a convention. The facility is huge. My favorite was the historic statuary.

Has been renovated to host any major event. Beautiful facilities and on the hemisfair park grounds which has also been renovated.

This is a beautiful convention center, with easy access to many hotels, restaurants and other attractions. Definitely one of my favorite meeting sites.

The Theater Box Office is open on day of event only, however, tickets may be purchased at the Alamodome Box Office, any TicketMaster outlet, or online at ticketmaster
Does this place allow minor pets? Like rabbits? As long as they're in a cage, I mean.

Don't know for sure but suspect they have shows that have animals in them at times; didn't see any dogs with anyone and no signs posted. Probably depends on the function.

The Riverwalk, with every form of restaurant you can imagine, is within walking distance to the Civic Center. Cabs from the Civic Center to these nearby places are very inexpensive because they really are only going a few blocks.
