All of San Antonio has a park like feel, with greenery and fountains everywhere. The river walk is spectacular and fun, so much to do. We walked a good part of the river but of course could not do the whole thing! The river is...More

I'm a San Antonio resident and my family and I often join the fortunate tourist enjoying our lovely city. Amid lush flora edging the waterway you'll see historic buildings, landmarks, inviting restaurants and newly built condos, hotels and appartments. Take a barge ride or just...More

Lots to see and experience, but if you want to enjoy it better, make sure to either go early in day or later in the evening, during the day it is like hearding cattle.

Natural river that was turned into Riverwalk complex. Used to be watering hole for those traveling out west.

I mean stunning and beautiful with reference to the downtown part of the river. Not sure if the rest is as not seen it. The walk is famous and that's Nevis of the river. Lucky people living in San Antonio.we loved it.

A must-see for a stroll and dining experience. Also take the time to explore and take the riverboat ride.

We used this as a taxi from the Gloria at the Pearl restaurant back to the Riverwalk. En route we went through a lock (didn't know they had one) on the river - very interesting. This is not the same as the Riverwalk boat tour.
