We booked two amazing free tours here -- learnt so much about the maritime history of Salem, and saw inside several fascinating buildings. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Nice big area so you have plenty of room to see all their goodies to look at and selling. Don't push anything on you but willing to answer questions

As a huge supporter of National Parks and Historic Sites, etc....I love to stop here first to get acquainted with the area and what there is to do. I also like to get the stamps of the places I have visited. At this location you can obtain the stamps of the area lighthouse....I look forward to seeing all of them.... More

He was extremely helpful and gave me a map and highlighted where we should visit as our time in Salem was short. I wish we had more time to explore the visitor... More

This is not only a good place to use restrooms, but a place to stop and relax during the crowded streets. It is clean, and provides a great place to ask the Rangers about things around town. There are displays to learn about the city, and lots of books that can be purchased to learn more about Salem's history.
