In September 2016 our Princess Cruse tour from Boston took us to this area. We went in and took a look around not sure that we should take the tour. We did not like the place and would suggest you just walk by.

This was our least favorite museum. The guide was very lethargic and seemed unenthusiastic. Her lines were rehearsed and she forgot some. She couldn't answer a simple question about one of their main pictures hanging in their gallery.

Interesting presentation and then a tour of the history of the witch trials with some animatronics. Not Disney quality but fun for the kids.

Another fun stop on our vacation in Salem. Sure it can be hokey, but that's the fun and charm - and it's not expensive.

The tour guide was really great, very knowledgeable in this history, and very personable. This is a brief tour and well worth the time. The tour guide also recommended a walking ghost tour for us that turned out to be phenomenal.

Going to the internet to learn the history of this past would be SO much better!! Take your $ and buy lunch instead. This is hokey to the core. Our narrator looked uncomfortable giving the original presentation to our group, then down to the basement...More

This was very educational and we had an excellent tour guide! There are staged scenes to see with recordings as well as additional information provided by the guides.

Very bad. Not worthy the 10$ you pay. The tour was very short, the guides spoke very fast, and the installation really needs updating.

For those who enjoy history this should definitely be on your list of must sees while in Salem. Educational while keeping you engaged.

If you enjoy history this is a fun place to visit and learn about the Witch Trials. It isn't scary but I could see it could be to very young.
