This is one of the best scenic drives in Arizona. Starting off in the desert with a forest of saguaros and ending up in the pines of Summerhaven, it is stunning. It's 25 miles up Mount Lemmon with a lot of switchbacks, pull-outs and viewpoints...More

All the great landscapes of AZ in one very scenic drive. The saguaros cactus at the beginning are beautiful. A very steep grade at times . It hard to believe the number of bike riders trekking up this mountain. The reward has got to be...More

Kind of a long drive to the top but some great view along the way. Summer heaven town at the top was very cool. Go take the drive.

The mountain is about an hour from the freeway so allow lots of time. I loved the app that explains all the history and changes in the Canyon as you travel through.

I don’t know of any tours. We always drive up to the ski area and back stopping off at various vistas.

I do not know of any tours. It would not surprise me, though, if someone in town offered one. I would think a hotel concierge or front desk would know.
