My only disappointment in my recent visit to Tucson is that I did not attend Mass at the Cathedral of St. Augustine. It is a beautiful structure and you can sense that it is of great historical and religious importance. There were several individuals praying at the time I visited, around 2pm on a Monday afternoon. It is certainly worth... More

A must see while in Tucson. Hands down beautiful. Perfect for family pictures, or just to take pictures, try to go when an event is going on. They decorate so authentically.

We attended Mass in this beautiful Cathedral. Wherever we travel to, if it is the weekend, we look for a Cathedral, if possible, rather than a modern newer church. I love and appreciate the architecture, and they are so beautiful. The newer modern churches just cannot compare to the old world designs. One can worship anywhere, but attending mass in... More

This church is a nice place to visit whether you're religious or not but if service is in session please respect the parishioners.

We dropped by the church on a Sunday afternoon. The choir was practicing for an afternoon mass. It was great to hear them sing. The cathedral itself is beautiful, both inside and outside. We got to hear a wonderful pianist play a piece while there and were told he was giving a concert on Tuesday night. We came back to... More

It is a beautiful church and offers many services on Sunday. My mother and I went to the mariachi service at 8:00 am. The mariachi group consisted of teenager players. They were very good and it added to the praise. It was crowded but the ushers found a handicapped accessible area for us. The members were very friendly. Would highly... More

The Cathedral (as Tucsonans call it) is a gorgeous church that has just been renovated. It is a must see for any Tucson visitor. The parishioners are friendly and the priests and volunteers that keep the church going are wonderful. Stop in for Sunday Mass soon!

Has various mass times to select. Inside of the church is beautiful and a very reverend place to attend Sunday mass. Choir at most masses.

We could only view from the outside as it closed at 5pm. Still it was very impressive. The neighborhood is undergoing allot of construction so parking is a challenge

This is one of those warm community churches that, although grand, still has the human and personal touch. The people are outgoing and friendly. There is a real spirit during services. The building has a lovely facade, but unfortunately the main aisle is bland and uninteresting. Spend some time, however, focusing on the marvelous murals in the lobby which are... More
